Shot this bird at Shamirpet on the Saturday afternoon. Was a shy and alert bird- wouldn't allow anywhere close to it! Finally, managed to get close enough for a decent shot by moving from rock to rock and shot this from behind a rock:)

The composition looks fine. A glint in the eye would have been great. The overall colour theme looks nice. Thanks for sharing.

Nice composition. I like the overall colour theme and the wide perspective here. Do you use sharpen edge/USM tool in Photoshop? It seems a tad on the higher side. Overall nicely done. Was it about to fly when you clicked this?

Dr Kalpamoi
I hope you are not imagining things- I have no clue how cloning is done:)
Bibhav
No, I haven't used the sharpen edge tool.

Mr Srivari,
It is not the matter of imagining things. Some patches are visible in the top right corner, very unusual in appearance. That is why doubt was created.it seems you got annoyed, but cloning is not a bad things, when required. Nor it is very difficult to learn:D either.

Nice eye contact. The crest adds to the composition. It is good that you tried to get as close as possible. I too do that a lot of times as 100-400 might not be sufficient for birding :).Why +0.7 EV? Thanks for sharing.
