Nice details on the bird....the composition is fine. I wish the water in our lakes is clearer- all our images will benefit from such lakes because the reflections will look nicer:)

The catch light in the eye is nice. The reflection adds to the composition. Nice light. Thanks for sharing.

Nice image. You need to look into the white balance. There is a slight magenta cast. Carefully check on the whites below the neck area.
