Seems to be a high ISO image...slight noise is visible in the Bg- not very distracting though. A very decent job given the conditions- more brightness will be good:)

to get the clarity.

Can see that the lighting was tough. Very nice composition. The upward slope creating a diagonal element looks good. Good that you got a catch light in the eyes. A fine image given the conditions.

I agree with the previous comments. A bit more brightness would enhance the image. The low angle is good.
