Spotted it yesterday evening while returning from Office. Almost would have stepped on it if i hadn't spotted the bright green thing moving. Was hardly 15-20cm long and has a yellow band behind its head, just after the black spot that's visible in the photo. Had safely left it outside the company, near a tree, a bit of vegetation was around, and generally no one ventures into that area. Photo taken from Mobile camera, so its not that clear

Yes, it's a Green Keelback Macropisthodon plumbicolor. Nice find. These are found in gardens in urban areas, but it's a rather uncommon snake. You've got some interesting wildlife around your office :).
This snake has a peculiar cobra-style threat display wherein it erects and flattens its forebody/neck.

Good that you spotted it. People generally have a habit of killing snakes.
