Nice pose...good that you got eye contact, though a glint in the eye would have been nicer. Why not try to add a little more sharpness and see how it looks? Now, what's the bluish BG? Looks interesting...

Good to see Kestrel from Hessarghatta, it has been a while I visited this place. Agree that you may want to icrease a sharpness a bit. The bg has come out well and the head turn is nice.
