Lovely relaxed pose, the SS is quite low. I would have preferred a larger aperture like f4 or 5.6. Nevertheless this is still a stunning image.

Yeah..the shutter speed is very low and shooting handheld with a heavy lens like this is tough. f4 would have been best here.....there seems to be some shake.

The eye contact is nice. Agree with the above comments. Adding some space from the right to the left would have been good to include the paws in full and include less of the tree. Thanks for sharing.

Stern looks. The shutter speed was quiet low. Using a shallow aperture would have been better. A round of sharpening will help.

I guess you were using the 100-400 lens. The 200-400 lens of Canon is not yet available in the market.
