Nice that you got the eye well. Looks to be a large crop..there is slight loss of details. But, with birds as shy as these, it is tough to get images that need less crop..how about lesser space at the bottom?...overall, well managed.

These birds are very small. So unless one waits for them to come close, it becomes very difficult to get large in the frame shots. The light seems to have become harsh and there is a shadow on the eye. Else, it would have looked better. Thanks for sharing.
