Appreciate your thoughts on whether I should I have used a faster/ slower shutter speed, the composition..Does it evoke the mood of the rains and the monsoon ..? ...etc. Thanks!
Please give your feedback, critiques and suggestions for improvement. Thanks!

Very nice shot, Ruben. The shutter speed looks just right to me. Maybe a little more space on the left than on the right, since the rain drops are angled to the left.

Nice image. The shutter speed is fine, as some water is bouncing off the leaves as well as there are streaks seen in the background.

Slightly lower angle ie. kneeling down a bit and pointing the camera slightly upwards would have been even better. Gives an idea about the rains. Without the three drops on the top, it would have been even better. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,

Nice feel of the monsoons. The colours and the symmetry in the flowers look nice. Did you try a slower shutter speed? Thanks for sharing.

Thank you all very much for the feedback!
@Mrudul Godbole: Thanks! Yes, I did try a slowr shutter speed, but the rain drops were getting too blurred.
@Sabyasachi Patra: Thanks! A very interesting point you made about getting lower and shooting at an angle. Will try that next time.
