Exposure bias: +0.3 stop.

Nice image. From the shutter speed I guess you were trying to freeze the bird. I would have slightly lowered the shutter speed to increase the depth of field (narrow aperture like f8). Where was this photographed? Thanks for sharing.

This was photographed at Sinhgarh Valley..Bird was moving very fast and I wanted to capture it at this specific point for better composition.Hence Higher SS.Agree with you as for SS and DOF concerned.Thanks.

The flowers add beauty to the frame. Nice bird too. However, ISO 1000 was not needed here looking at the shutter speed. A much lower ISO at a reasonably narrow aperture depending on the lighting would have worked better as there is noise in the BG. Also, I'd have exposed this a third of a stop lesser.
