This Noisy picture was made at Valparai a few months ago.
Light was extremely low at around 6:15 AM. I had the 40D at its maximum ISO (3200), using the EF 70-300 IS, F 4.5, 1/50, Handheld (used the gate of the estate bungalow for some support, for the animal was right outside the gate)

Nice composition. The backlit hair looks good. You captured it nicely in such low light conditions. Thanks for sharing.

I like the composition. Am wondering about the colour. How it has come out so brown. Did you increased the colour temperature/WB. Looks like a nice big fellow. These fellows are even larger than the Cape buffalow. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers,

Nope, i don't remember having played around with the color brightness, WB or the temperature. I only remember resizing it to fit an upload on the pp. . . . .

Rajan
