Best pose and frame, and so the Back ground.
Subject looks bit soft, especially eye. IMHO, the twig on the right side of the beak looks bit distracting. See if it can be clowned out. Also, a horizontal crop would have been ideal as you can easily remove the disturbing bottom side.

Nice head turn and eye contact. I agree some more sharpness would enhance the image further. It is good you got the eye and the upper part in clear. I am fine with the twigs as it displays its habitat well. Wish you were a bit closer. Thanks for sharing.

Good soft image,well composed, of this small bird with prominent Black Mask extending from eye to ear coverts in natural setting .Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

The images became much softer after uploading,in last 2-3 uploads of mine.Dont know what the reason could be.Kindly check out in the following link to judge the actual quality of the image..http://www.flickr.com/photos/51374937@N04/5998696960/

Is this software allergic to third party lenses??..just joking..:D

It depends what you post. Software doesn't have a mind of its own. If you post an image which is longer than 1024 pixels and larger than 300 kb then the software will resize it. When you see the image is soft after uploading then it would be good if you can immediately check what you have uploaded.
