Hi Jasminder,
You can post an image with the longest side having 800 pixels. It is difficult to critique when the image size is small.

Please post the camera, lens, shutter speed, aperture, ISO details so that people can visualise and comment better.

The bird is centered in the frame. An off centre composition is more dynamic and is pleasing to the eye. It is better to give more space in the direction the animal or bird is looking. In this case there is some negative space at the left. Reducing that would help.

Please try to give more information about the species and the location. That would also serve as a record for the species.

Look forward to more images.
Cheers,
Sabyasachi
