Nice closeup. The eye contact is nice. I can see the reflection in the eye. As it is a frequent visitor to your place, you can try to sit close to where it perches and take a close-up so you wont have to crop and get more details. Wish the black stick (?) in the background was not present. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with Mrudul. Place a hide or just place a gunny bag or some camouflage cloth on you and sit still. You should get close ups without cropping with a bit of effort. Thanks for sharing.
