Good to see an old image from Bandhavgarh. Any idea in which area of bandhavgarh it was clicked? Was it in the chakradhara grasslands? I guess it was clicked from an elephant back?

Good to see such an old image from Bandhavgarh. That is quite tall grass. Yes looks like chakradhara grasslands. You might have seen lot of changes it all these places from then and now. Did the cub come quite close to the elephant? Thanks for sharing.

The Photographs of this (1)'Adventurous Cub' and(2) 'The Alert Mother'(with the other obedient cub)were taken very close to MPTDC Lodge( White Tiger Lodge)at TALA .The Photographs(1) and(2) are intertwined.Tomorrow I may please be allowed to upload the Photo No.(2)after Mandatory wait Period is over.Photographs were taken from Elephant's back.The distance between two spots was not more than 50 yards but the habitats were totally different.I am going through the entire small prints and try to reply all queries.

This photograph may please be seen in conjuncture with
BANDHAVGARH: 'THE ALERT MOTHER'
uploaded today morning(15.09.2011).Both the Photographs were taken on same Morning at an Interval of say,2-3 minutes.
I sincerely regret for the mistake.
