Nicely composed. Wish you had a more side-on angle. Nice smooth BG. This is Calotes versicolor, and is more popularly known as Common Calotes in our region. I was not aware of the name "Oriental Garden Lizard" till I saw it just now.

Nice Bhargava.. Like the pose. and compose, Sharp and Clean BG. There are many name of this lizard.. As per Location... I prefer Simple for it... Common Garden Lizard.
