you've done well with the exposure. The composition seems fine too. However, there is some noise in the background, which is probably due to sharpening. This noise can be handled easily in photoshop through the despeckle tool, specially when the background is clean.

Lovely wingspread.

Probably this is a crop, so noise is expected. What is the point in trying to fiddle with the background when there is noise on the subject as well? One can't beat the laws of physics.

Sabyasachi, this is not a crop, but like Bhargava mentioned, i did a round of sharpening which is the culprit of the noise.
