Black crowned Night Heron

My friends Nikhil and Ganesh called up late in the morning and mentioning there is a strnage bird on a mango tree just next to their society. On reaching I had to struggle a lot to spot it as it was aware of our presence and was trying to hide away in the branches, but fortunately for few moments could see it and got some clicks.

Its good you got the eye in clear. Wish you could have seen the bird more in the clear. If its regular spot, you might be able to photograph it later. If you go when not many people are around you might get a good photograph. Thanks for sharing.
