Nice colours and eye contact. Have you done any special post processing, as I can see a greyish layer near the head area (or is it my eyes?). Seems you photographed it near some building. The thick black border is a bit distracting, you can post images without borders or a very thin border. Thanks for sharing.

Agree with Mrudul about the border. I too can see the layer around the head but it looks whitish to me. Nice eye contact. I'm thinking if it would have been better to move slightly to the right and shoot so that you may have avoided the green patch background in the right top.

Good Shot, red eyes comes clear, I agree with Mrudul and Bhargava about framing and borders. I think sometimes it is not possible to change our location for framing eg: If we are shooting from Window or similar small space, where subject is between two beaches of tree etc.
