Nice perch and eye contact. The leaves on the left adds to the composition. Was any special post processing done? Do post the EXIF details. Thanks for sharing.

No noise reduction was applied.RAW picture was converted in to jpg.Cropped and sharpened.f:5.6,1/1600,ISO:1600.Picture was taken against light.
