I think there would be some grass at the bottom, so this composition. You have done well. Wish you had better light.

I find it tough to click such an image. The reason being the depth of field is never sufficient as getting the head and tail feathers is a challenge. The shutter speed needs to be high to arrest subject movement. So it becomes tough to get an image that looks sharp when printed big.

Nice composition.Colours have come out really well.Agree with Sabyasachi about difficulty in getting adequate DOF in this kind of image.However DOF is fine here.TFS
