Agree with the above comments. Nice shot. This is a Common Clubtail (Ictinigomphus rapax).

Thanks for the ID Abhishek. Can you please outline the differences between a Green Marsh Hawk & Common clubtail Dragon fly? Both look similar to me :).

The colour patterns are roughly similar (yellowish green with broad black stripes), but the easiest way to distinguish them is by the shape- the Green Marsh Hawk has a smoothly tapering and broadening abdomen, while the Clubtail's abdomen broadens abruptly near the end. Also, the GMH's thorax has much less black than the clubtail's. Lastly, you can use the eye colour to distinguish them.
