Shutter speed is very low. Which camera and lens? You could have opened up the aperture by two stops to get a higher shutter speed.

Cute bird. The perch and the eye contact is nice. Agree you could have used a wider aperture like f6.3 to get a higher shutter speed. A slight less space on the left would be good. Also it would be better if you posted without the thick black border on the top and bottom. Thanks for sharing.
