As a Photograph,I think it is Well Composed.Somehow Natural Colours have not been captured.Too Much BLUE than Natural.We should be guided by Forum Rules as advised by Madam Mrudul .Since You are New and since this particular scene is known to me for long years ,I am posting my observations on Composition.
