The bright spot in the background attracts attention. It would have been good if you had used a higher ISO and a narrow aperture like f8, f11 etc to get more of the wing in focus.

Agree with the above comments. A higher ISO and aperture would be good. You can keep the ISO default set to 200 so that helps in getting more shutter speed. If it is perched for sometime, you can try different angles to get better background and compositions. Thanks for sharing.
