Nice image. The habitat looks nice. It would have been great if you had used f8 here. May be a third stop negative exposure compensation would have strengthened the image. More space at the bottom and less at the top would have also been good. Thanks for sharing. Look forward to more.

Nice environment photograph. Agree a narrower aperture would be good. The greenery looks nice. You can try going closer (crawling) after getting a few images, so you wont have to crop much. Thanks for sharing.

Good habitat photograph.Great,Intermediate and Little all three are seen in this part.Great Egret is becoming rare. I love observing this bird from the other side of the Jheel, its long neck makes it a class apart from a distance.Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

Mrudul, Thanks; I do crawl whenever feasible. In this case though, there was a huge pit filled with water between me and the bird. Had to go round about to get closer, but unfortunately it flew away by the time I reached closer.
