Nice catch light in the eye. I think you could have used a lesser ISO as a lesser shutter speed would have sufficed. Is this full frame? The low angle and the clean background looks nice. Thanks for sharing.

I like the eye contact. A wider composition would have been even better. You were clicking at ISO 800. Shifting to ISO 400 or even ISO 200 would have also given you sufficient shutter speed. Also, when you are cropping, it is better to use a lower ISO.

Agree with Sabyasachi's comment. Seems like you got quite close. Do you first edit and then resize or resize first and then edit?
