The head turn and the eye contact is nice. Was the light very harsh? The catch light is nice. The images appear a bit dark (maybe it is my monitor), did you try to recover the details? Thanks for sharing.

P.S - There is a dust spot on the top left.

Good to see an Oriental honey buzzard. Where was this sighting?

Is this a large crop? The depth of field is nearly there. Wish you had frontal lighting here. That would have helped with the details on the head. Thanks for sharing.

This was in T G Halli. This is relatively a heavy crop. Yeah the lighting condition was not that great on that day, I mean no sun light but bright white sky.

Yes, shadow recovery was done at 40% and since the light was bad and bright white sky with no sun light at all, the subject was relatively dark though with EC of +1.
