The eye contact is nice. If possible placing the bird more to the right would be good. Wish the branch in the foreground was not present, but naturally you don't have control on that. It is good to use ISO in the range of 100 (100, 200, 400..) instead of using intermittent ISO's. There seems to be a Barbet in the background, could you photograph it? Thanks for sharing.

I have a major operation in my stomach , so last 15 days I am in bed, these are my neighbors and I try to photograph them from my bed side window (because I cann't move for at least another 1 month).

Yes I photographed the barbet also and I will post it tomorrow.
