The composition is nice. I think there is a loss of details because of the crop. Wish the light was from behind you. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, there is a loss of details due to cropping also I could not go as close as I would have liked to.

It is always tough to get these small birds even with longer lenses. While the 100-400 is a good lens, for small birds such as this sandpiper it often falls short, unless you wait or crawl closer. Thanks for sharing.
