You got it nicely on the bark. The eye contact is nice. There are lot of highlights, using a -ve EC would have been good. You can check the preview when you click an image, if there are blown areas you can dial in -ve EC. Thanks for sharing.

The image has got overexposed and a nice pose is ruined. If you share the exif details ie. aperture, ISO, shutter speed, and amount of crop then we can suggest better. Which software do you use to resize your images for posting?
