Full frame. It was tough on compo as this was so close to us and I had 100-400 lens mounted. Hence decide the get a bit of forest as background. Please pass on your C&C.

He is an old man Prashant, and hence allowed us to spend quite a lot of time. The bg gives a nice feel of the forest. A vertical composition would have been better I guess.

A vertical composition would have allowed you to get the legs in full. However, that would not allow you more space in front as you have in the present image. The space in front and the background looks good. Wish you had a wide angle lens for this moment or would have asked the driver to backoff. Thanks for sharing.

Agree with Praveen sir.He never cares even when you are very close to him an has been photographed by many.He never hides himself or run when the jeep approaches him.

Nice to see a Tusker. Agree with the above comments about composition. A horizontal composition with less space on the left, with just the foreleg included with more on the right would have been good. Nice feel of the habitat. Thanks for sharing.
