Lovely shot, I only wish the tree had an access route to go near by. BTW the very next day, I went to the same tree and surprised to see another raptor there though on the other side of this branch.

Nice perch and eye contact. The catch light looks nice. The vertical composition is nice. Agree the dead tree and the dry branches give a nice feel to the image. Wish it was closer. Thanks for sharing.
