Nice perch and eye contact. A slight head turn towards you would ahve enhanced the eye contact further. There is some loss in details, how big crop is this? If any special post processing like noise reduction or sharpening or neat image done, please mention so it will help while commenting. Thanks for sharing.

It would have been better if you had used a higher ISO to get a higher shutter speed. There are some sharpening artifacts visible.

This looks like a large crop. You can try for a wider composition, even though that will mean the kingfisher smaller in the frame. It is better to get a sense of its habitat. That will also result in less of noise. Large crops magnifies any deficiency in the technique.
