Canon 40d, canon 400mm f/5.6 lens.

ISO 125, Av mode, 1/1000, f/6.3, Exp comp :0

I guess it is a large crop. In Av mode, you might have pulled up the exposure during post processing. Why only ISO 125? You can easily increase the ISO in the 40D to atleast 200 if not 400 for a higher shutter speed.

At one point of time I had used 40D and ISO 400 can be used if you are not cropping a lot. Ofcourse, the exposure has to be right.

Thank you for suggetion Mr.Sabyasachi ,I'll definitely follow your suggetion. Since I acquire 40d recently and not much idea about the stuff .I hope shot was with 2nd handling.
