Nice to see this species. A catch light in the eye would have been nice. Were you shooting through the vegetation? Do you have a higher ISO and narrow aperture shot? Thanks for sharing.

Cute bird. Nice perch and eye contact. Agree a higher ISO and a narrowed aperture would haev been good. You could have moved the camera a bit up to remove the empty space at the bottom right corner as it is a bit distracting. The straw in the beak looks nice. Thanks for sharing.
