Eye contact is fine. The image looks a bit dark. Increasing the brightness will strengthen the image. Composition wise more space at the right and less at the left would have been better. Thanks for sharing.

The eye contact is nice. I agree less space on the left would be good as the background is a bit distracting. You could have tried using a slight narrower aperture like f6.3 as the shutter speed was high. Thanks for sharing.
