Since it is a crop, including some more of the habitat would be good. If the bird is far away you can try to make environment composition. This is a very tight crop, some more space at the bottom to include the reflection would be good. Also you could have tried a vertical composition. Thanks for sharing.

Why only 285mm? Though I have not been to T G Halli, I don't think one can find this bird so close that one needs 285mm. A loose crop might have been better.
