The vertical composition is nice. Some more space at the bottom to include the tail tip in full would be good. The eye contact is nice. Thanks for sharing.

Agree with Mrudul's comments. Reducing the saturation will be better. Posting of exif details like camera, shutter speed, aperture, ISO and amount of crop will help in providing better critiques.
