I think you have again uploaded an image which is larger than 1024 pixels in the longest side and more than 300kb size. You can convert the image to a smaller size (less than 1024 on the longest side and less than 300kb) and upload.

There are 3 parts in the image, so you can crop a bit from the top as that doesn't add much to the composition. The pose and the eye contact is nice.
If you can use Lightroom software by Adobe, it is designed for photographers and you can do all the things you need including the copyright mark in that. So see if you can find Lightroom v.3. Thanks for sharing.

Dear Sir,

As I clicked property of the image it shows, the longest side of the image is 1023 x 682 and it is 220kb.

I know 1023 shouldn't be resized by the software, but it might happen. So it is better that while converting you give the dimensions of the longest side to 1000. That will definitely not resize the image and so there wont be any loss in quality.

1023 means the software has resized it. I have seen that when the software resizes it, it reduces it by one pixel. No idea why.

Better to specify the dimension while converting from your software. DPP allows you to specify the dimension while exporting. Same with Lightroom and others.
