Lovely flight shot. The catch is a big bonus. I liked the wing spread and the eye contact. Seems there is a tilt to the right, since it is a crop, you can correct it. Your efforts are paying :). Thanks for sharing.

PS: The highest shutter speed of the camera is 1/8000.

Shutter speed was 1/1250. It was a typing error.
