Nice pose. Well composed. I think you could go easier on the sharpening. Posting images without border will be better :)

I agree that without a border it will be better. In online critiquing, borders distract. So better to upload images without the border. Also, without the border, you will get more of the image and hence more details.

The sharpening is overdone. So reducing it will be better. Also, reducing the contrast will strengthen the image. A slight head turn would have helped in getting catchlight in the eye.
