Please post the exif details ie. Camera, lens, aperture, shutter speed, ISO and amount of crop. Without that we won't be able to give you proper critiques for your development as a photographer.

There is pixellation due to the large crop. So a wider composition would have been better, since the focal length was not adequate and the subject distance was large. Such large crops also expose the limitations of the image in terms of lack of sharpness. So better to create images within the limitations of our equipment.
