If this isn't a large crop, which I am assuming it is not, because even at ISO 3200 I don't see a lot of noise, you did well to get close to the bird :) I wish you had gone down to ISO 1600 or so at least. A tough one from the DoF perspective. Where was the focus point?

The eye contact is nice. Good that you could sight it close. As it is on ground it is difficult to go for a lower angle. If possible lying flat on the ground gives a nice bokeh in the background. Thanks for sharing.
