I was waiting for the three toed king fisher to arrive to the place. But then it was raining very heavily. I took the shelter in a small shed nearby shed. Then herd the calling from this Orange headed. Again it was treat.

Nice image of this beautiful bird under difficult conditions. This appears to me as a Male Orange-headed Thrush-southern sub-species:Zuthera citrina cyanotus. It is a resident of Western Ghats and hills of southern India. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

Cute bird. The rain drops and the wet feathers give a nice feel of the monsoons. I would have preferred a more rectangular composition than a square one. The eye contact is nice. Wish the out of focus leaves in the bottom right were not present so you could have got the tail. Thanks for sharing.

This is a beautiful bird. Tough conditions. Wish you had got it with some sunlight falling on it, especially on the head. Thanks for sharing.
