Nice pose and eye contact. The image could do with more brightness. The bird doesn't appear sharp... I am not sure why. 1/4000 should have been more than sufficient to freeze the motion.

This was captured a Diksal near Bhigwan which lies on Pune Solapur Highway. This is basically backwaters of Ujani Dam where loads of migratory birds stay for some period of time(including the Greater Flamingos)

Nice flight pose. The downward position of the wings and the eye contact is good. Agree about the brightness. Including some more space all around as it is a crop would be good. Thanks for sharing.
