A regular scene at many places. Sad that people do not understand that elephants can be as dangerous as they can be gentle, and hence get out of vehicles to see and photograph them!

I think the image is not sharp. Also, a lower EC than you gave to this image may have been better. What focal length was this shot at? I'd have loved to see a wider composition that showed the people/vehicles with more emphasis.

Love the way the calf is being protected, this quite common on these highways. However one must not get off from their cars to photograph, we have seen 100's of cases where elephants attack if on ground.
