Where was this shot? I doubt if this is a grey headed canary flycatcher, do you have more angles?

sorry supreet, i don't have a better image than this one. it was right over head, in motion all the while. is it yellow bellied fantail? shot in East Siang district, Arunachal Pradesh. thanks for correction. kaling.
