metal tag

[Kaling Dai]

a bird with metal tag bearing the following inscriptions was hunted by a farmer in Upper Siang district, Arunachal, where i am posted now. the bird was dressed and smoked but the tag was still in position. it read like this, BEIJING.CHINA, P.O BOX 071926 1928, MO1-4302. any significance or meaning of this? thanks. regards. kaling.
