Dear All,
Blackbuck from the Blackbuck Sanctuary Talchapar, Churu distt, Rajasthan.
The golden grass of the sanctuary provided a perfect foil to these handsome antelopes.

Look forward to comments.

Lovely environment photograph. I liked the nice clean background. Maybe cropping a bit from the top to remove the hint of the dark background on the left corner would be good. Is this full frame? I would have liked some more space at the bottom. Thanks for sharing.

Black is beautiful, blackbuck is always beautiful. The head turn and spiral horn of the exclusively Indian, prettiest of all antelopes and the habitat have come out well. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

Very nice. Love the uniform colours in the environment. The dark BG doesn't distract me much, but you might want to give Mrudul's suggestion a try... I would try a monochrome version too.

Dipankar,
Nice image. The background looks nicely diffused. Pulling up the shadows a bit would be good. Was it an overcast day? Though the legs are hidden in the tall grass, I agree that some more space at the bottom would have strengthened the image. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers,
Sabyasachi
PS: Did you get a Mark IV?

Dear Sabyaschi,
Indeed it was a cloudy day. And no, I did not get the mark iv or the 300 f2.8 II, but a very rich friend of mine did...:D
Cheers
