Looks like a Steppe Eagle to me, not sure. Do you have a image with the legs visible? Reducing the saturation a bit would be good. Thanks for sharing.

The subject was flying from one coconut palm to another. This is one image where the legs are visible. Hope this would help. Thanks for all your help...

Thanks for posting the other image. After looking at the legs it is definitely not a Steppe eagle. Sorry for earlier comment. It seems to be a Black Kite.

Nice .Black kite. Easy Id tip is the forked tail.

Agree about the fork tail. The colours from photographs can be deceptive as people pump up the saturation and contrast during processing.

Nice eye contact. Most of the times I find them perched on coconut trees near my hometown.
